Update: Workshop Moved to June 1st
Injury
Recovery & Prevention
Through the Feldenkrais Method®
What if your injury isn’t just something to fix — but a sign it’s time to move differently?
You’ve stretched, trained, rested — but the pain keeps coming back?
Maybe it’s not about working harder, but learning smarter.
You’ll explore movement that’s gentle, intelligent, and deeply effective.
Not just for relief — but for long-term recovery, resilience, and real change.
"I never imagined that a group workshop could relieve my back pain
so effectively. After just a few gentle sessions with Adi, I wake up without stiffness, and I can finally fall asleep without that constant ache. The movements are subtle, but the impact is deep."
Dana, C.E.O. Manager.

about the Feldenkrais Method:
The Feldenkrais Method combines principles from biology, physics, neurology, and motor development to improve the body’s natural ability to learn and adapt.
It uses gentle, precise movements that connect with the brain’s flexibility and help create long-term improvements in movement, posture, and overall well-being.
Throughout the workshop, we will explore the following topics:
Hands
Breathing

release the ribs from the cage
"I remember telling you about feeling tense. You said that tension is a concept, so in order to understand and overcome that sensation I have to understand and name the elements that conform that concept"
